I do not like this law at all due to what it requires teachers to do regarding children of illegal immigrants and to the parents as well. Personally if I were asked to do this, I would not agree to do so. Thoughts?

The thought of this absolutely horrifies me. It's one thing to have to be a mandatory reporter for child abuse - that's about protecting children. Squealing on illegal immigrants? No matter how convincing the argument for the financial burden on the system may be, I still believe that every child should have access to an education.
